These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of dropafinder (“Service”), operated by SOIVIS LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

dropafinder is a software-as-a-service platform that lets multi-location businesses create, configure, and embed location-finder widgets on their websites. The Service includes a no-code builder, location data management, geocoding integrations, analytics, and an embeddable widget delivered via a hosted script tag.

2. Accounts and Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Paddle. By subscribing you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on the applicable billing cycle. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

We offer a 7-day free trial on all paid plans — no credit card is required to start. After the trial period your subscription will begin at the published plan rate. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access through that date.

Refunds. All transactions are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Refunds are governed by Paddle’s Refund Policy. To request a refund, contact us at support@dropafinder.com and we will facilitate the request with Paddle.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect data from third-party websites or services without authorization.
Send unsolicited communications (spam) using data managed through the Service.
Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
Resell or sublicense the Service without our prior written consent.
Use the Service in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all location data, custom fields, and other content you upload to the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to upload Your Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by SOIVIS LLC and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service. The dropafinder name, logo, and product names are trademarks of SOIVIS LLC and may not be used without our prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers including map and geocoding services (e.g., Google, Mapbox, HERE, Radar, Geoapify) and the Paddle billing platform. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SOIVIS LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SOIVIS LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, and 13.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or via an in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance.
